Modern robotic assembly plant 2025

In 2025, Styron Kft. opened its new, modern robotic assembly plant, which serves as part of the demonstration plant program. The production area of the new assembly plant is 432 m², while the warehouse belonging to it, where the raw materials are stored, has a floor area of 1,152 m².
A racking system suitable for crate and pallet storage was installed in the warehouse, with a capacity of 5,616 crate and 657 pallet spaces.
In addition, transfer storage facilities have been set up for the transfer of goods between the robot and humans, with a total of 18 storage points and 18 storage points.
In the new assembly, intelligent HIKROBOTs help simplify intralogistics flows, reducing costs and reforming logistics processes.

In the warehouse area, two CTU stackers take part in filling the crate warehouse,

and two FMR autonomous forklifts serve the pallet racking.

In the assembly area, two miniCTU robots deliver the crate raw material to the workers,

while an LMR robot moves the palletized raw material and returns the unused raw material to the warehouse at the end of the day.
